Meet The Team:

Philip Edwards,  Jr., Founder, is a Washington DC native.  He studied Business at Towson University in Towson, Maryland.  His excitement for real estate investing started with observing his hometown changing right before his eyes throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s.   As a teen, he often imagined investing in his own low-income community as well as the more affluent neighborhoods throughout the DC metro area.  In 2005,  he purchased his first investment property and hasn’t looked back since!  Philip believes his team’s success is defined by their ability to help homeowners and other investors accomplish their goals.  He is also a big proponent of personal growth and he enjoys the challenge!  In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife, Miya, and their three  sons (Aden, Levi, & Micah). He enjoys skiing, mountain bike riding, and playing one-on-one basketball with his father.

Anna G. – Home Buying Specialist. Friendly and trustworthy only begins to describe her. She may be the first person you talk to when you call. You’ll feel lucky to have spoken with such a caring person.

Cheryl  C. – Home Buying Specialist. She is outgoing and loves talking to people. You’ll see how she asks questions so she can figure out the best way that she can help you. She’s really good at getting people the help they need.

Ravi K..  – Data Processing & Research Specialist.  He is an expert researcher and conducts all of our property research.  His researching ability has enabled us to help the most homeowners. We should probably say “Thank you” even more than we already do.
