Meet The Team:
Philip Edwards, Jr., Founder, is a Washington DC native. He studied Business at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. His excitement for real estate investing started with observing his hometown changing right before his eyes throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s. As a teen, he often imagined investing in his own low-income community as well as the more affluent neighborhoods throughout the DC metro area. In 2005, he purchased his first investment property and hasn’t looked back since! Philip believes his team’s success is defined by their ability to help homeowners and other investors accomplish their goals. He is also a big proponent of personal growth and he enjoys the challenge! In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife, Miya, and their three sons (Aden, Levi, & Micah). He enjoys skiing, mountain bike riding, and playing one-on-one basketball with his father.
Jon Carcone, Director of Sales & Marketing, went to Wake Forest University in North Carolina and majored in Business. After graduation he moved to Arlington, VA and excelled at multiple sales jobs throughout the Washington, DC area. In 2009, he discovered real estate investing and has been passionate about it ever since. Today, Jon is diligent and very creative in his approach to reaching homeowners. In his spare time, Jon enjoys camping and exploring new technologies in aeronautics.
Kevin Link, Acquisitions Manager, went to Wake Forest University in North Carolina majoring in Political Science. In 2004, he moved to Arlington, VA and in the following years worked at Merrill Lynch before attending law school at the Catholic University of America. After practicing law for six years, Kevin teamed up with Phil & @ Sax Properties. Since joining, Kevin oversees the appointments with homeowners and ensures all their needs are met during the transaction process. He is passionate about meeting the needs of homeowners and creating win/win solutions to solve their problems. In his spare time Kevin loves taking on home improvement projects that require learning new carpentry skills.
